Theme the Meals Away

After a VERRA long absence I am finally back.

Feeling a little like Rip Van Winkle in the blog world...

but it's okay - I got a Pioneer Woman cookbook for CHRISTmas! : )

The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Recipes from an Accidental Country Girl

And everything is right in the world.

Theming menu plans.

My OCD has been doing something like this:

WEDNESDAY - Breakfast for Dinner (see below)

THURSDAY - Stick to Your Ribs Meal (see below)

FRIDAY - Little Prep/Low Cost Meal

This is far from all-inclusive... it's just all I could jot down while my kids were running around like heathens (or what I call blogging time). I can see my OCD adding on Italian Night, Suthuhn Night, Asian Night... these may need to be rotated.

  1. That is a great idea Susan. I love the Italian night idea :)

  2. During winter time, you could add a Soup/Stew night. With leftover beef stew, I make Beef Stew Macaroni -- all you do is add cooked elbow mac and shredded cheddar; heat through and serve. Yum, yum. :o)
