Smothered Stew Meat
1-2lb stew meat (the cut up chunks)
1 package dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Brown stew meat in skillet (should still be tender when you add in other ingredients).
- Add in soups and mix in well.
- Heat to perfection.
Serve over rice and spoon lots of the sauce on.
Was that easy or what?
Over egg noodles it becomes beef stroganoff.
